The SamFlow system enables the sampling of bulk materials (powder or granulates) from pneumatic conveying lines. The system is suitable for both airborne or dense phase conveying. After sampling, the sample is collected in a sample bottle.
The device is typically used for pneumatic unloading of silo trucks or for internal pneumatic transfers. It is characterised by its uncomplicated installation and reliable mode of operation. The sample quantity can be freely determined by the number of intervals. With appropriate control a time-, volume- or event-proportional sampling can be realized.
